ORDO / Full London Coverage

From your first enquiry to a clear installation plan.

A useful introduction starts with the right information and leaves you in control of the decision.

An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. Installer availability and the final scope are checked individually.

01 / Tell us about your kitchen

Choose full installation or dry fit, tell us your London postcode, kitchen stage and preferred timing, then provide your contact details. No documents are needed to submit the initial enquiry.

02 / ORDO reviews your project

We use the information to understand the work, clarify open questions and assess coverage and availability. Completing the form does not confirm a booking.

03 / Agree an introduction

We discuss a suitable next step with you. Your details are shared with an installer only after you and the installer agree to an introduction.

04 / Check the plans and room

The installer assesses the property and your plans, usually through a pre-fit visit. Access, existing conditions, preparation and connections should be checked before a final quotation.

05 / Review the written quotation

The installer defines the scope, price, exclusions, dates and payment arrangements. Ask questions before accepting. You contract with and pay the installer directly; ORDO earns installer-paid commission.

06 / Keep changes clear

If requirements change, ask the installer to record the effect on scope, price and dates before additional work proceeds. Raise installation concerns with your installer; ORDO can help record concerns and facilitate communication.
