Cookies & browser storage
Small files. Clear choices.
Last updated 4 November 2026
This page explains the browser storage used by ORDO. The public website does not currently include ORDO analytics or advertising tags.
What is browser storage?
Cookies are small files set by a website. Similar technologies, including local storage and session storage, can also remember information on your device. This notice covers those technologies too.
| Storage | Purpose | Duration / control |
|---|---|---|
ordo-short-enquiry-v1Local storage | Keeps your enquiry answers only when you select “Save and finish later”. It is not a submitted enquiry. | Until you delete it, clear browser storage or successfully submit the enquiry. Remove it in Cookie settings. |
ordo-sessionSession storage | Keeps an authorised staff member signed in and supports session renewal. | Normally the browser-tab session, or until sign-out. This does not give public visitors staff access. |
| Security and service delivery | Hosting or authentication providers may use necessary storage or security signals to deliver and protect the service. | Controlled by the relevant provider and your browser. These functions are not advertising choices. |
Analytics and advertising
There are currently no optional analytics or advertising tags configured by ORDO on these pages. There is nothing to accept or reject for those categories. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the available controls will need to reflect it before it is used.
Your controls
Open Cookie settings to remove a saved enquiry draft. You can also clear site data in your browser. Clearing browser data may remove drafts and sign you out of the staff workspace.
For how we use information sent to ORDO, read the Privacy notice.
