Privacy notice

Your project. Handled with care.

Last updated 4 November 2026

This notice explains how ORDO uses information when you enquire about kitchen installation, speak with our team or use the staff workspace.

Who to contact

ORDO is the kitchen installation introduction service presented on this website. For privacy questions or a request about your information, call 020 8064 3150. Ask for the person responsible for data protection.

Information we use

We collect the details you provide: your name, email address, optional telephone number, installation postcode, type of work, kitchen-planning stage, preferred timing and any notes. Please avoid putting sensitive personal information in the notes.

Our team may add contact notes, an assigned coordinator, installer information, follow-up dates, project stages and a record of changes. Staff accounts also involve sign-in and security information. Hosting and security services may process technical details, including IP addresses and request logs.

Why we use it

Depending on the activity, we rely on taking steps at your request before a contract, our legitimate interests in operating a secure and organised enquiry service, consent where we ask for it, or a legal obligation. You can ask us which basis applies to a particular use.

Installer introductions

Submitting an enquiry sends it to ORDO for review. It does not give an installer access to your details. We arrange sharing separately after you and the installer agree to an introduction. The installer will explain how it handles information for its own quotation and work.

Service providers

We use Vercel to host the website and Supabase to support authentication and enquiry records. Authorised staff and service providers may access information as needed for their work. Our enquiry database is hosted in London. Hosting and support may involve processing in other countries; where required, appropriate safeguards must apply to those transfers. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

We keep enquiry information while your project or follow-up remains active. Closed enquiries are flagged for review six months after closure; completed installations are flagged for review twelve months after completion. These are review points, not automatic deletion dates. At review, we consider whether information is still needed for the project, complaints, disputes or legal obligations, and delete or reduce it when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase, restrict or transfer your information, or object to its use. If we rely on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Call 020 8064 3150 to make a request. You may also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Saved drafts and staff sessions

Use Cookie settings to understand browser storage or remove a saved enquiry draft. A draft saved on your device is separate from an enquiry already submitted to ORDO.
